Desi Relationship was created to bring light to topics that concern love and relationships in the Indian society as well as general views and insights on relationships overall.

I have been in and out of many relationships. I identify as a cis hetero. I am also someone who is easily chosen as a relationship expert by friends and strangers on many platforms. People confide in me with their relationship issues that in turn has widened the array of my knowledge in this regard. I have hosted topics related to relationships on social media apps like Twitter to understand the pulse of the situation especially from Indians.

My Goal

I have always been intrigued by heterosexual relationships, men and women, the things they say, the things they do and the feelings that entail in all these. Being a woman myself, I have interacted with men and tried to understand what they seek. I have also interacted with women on social platforms in discussions to know what they seek.

My goal in recording my experiences and opinions on various relationship topics especially the ones related to Indians is to help the society in some way to not do mistakes that I or people I have interacted with have done in their life. To have a better understanding of relationship dynamics. I also want to be an agony aunt to those who need emotional reinforcement. I would like to help to improve a person’s confidence on their relationships and themselves.

Overall, I just want to make people’s lives better with real time knowledge and experience.
